Cold Orthodoxy

I’m enjoying Larry Crabb’s insightful book Inside Out (although this ‘inside look’ is getting depressing; I hope he helps me look out and up to Christ very soon).

But I just read this line and wanted to share it:

The phrase “cold orthodoxy” is a contradiction in terms. True orthodoxy is never cold; it is always hotblooded and alive.
